Join our fast-paced Marketing Team as a Graphic Designer at Brandflow with hybrid/flexible working options. As a Graphic Designer, you will have a strong background in delivering creative, compelling, engaging and visual marketing collateral that promotes and empowers brand awareness for Brandflow clients.

The role

Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Creating eye-catching and informative designs for various different types of media
• Designing layouts and processes from design concept to final format, ensuring final design material is correct and supplied in the valid format/sizes/colour codes before being sent to press or production
• Delivering the design and layout of promotional material and publications with a high level of attention to detail
• Managing printing, binding and distribution of marketing collateral as required

Skills and attributes

The ideal candidate for this role will have an advanced knowledge of graphic design software, excellent time management skills with a creative flair and a strong understanding of design processes, tools and trends. Additionally, our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• A natural flair for creative design with strong attention to detail
• High proficiency in graphic design Adobe software (Adobe, Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Ability to read and understand received briefs to commence the design process, gain additional information as required and cross-check all work to make sure you have met the design brief
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, and take on multiple projects while prioritizing workload
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Approach all projects with a 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and easily
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
